14-day cooling-off period

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind. Within that period you can return an unopened dispenser in its original condition without giving a reason. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back an opened dispenser.

Business customers get the same arrangement.

How to return

Report your return within 14 days of receipt to support@cleanline.nl, quoting your order number. Then send the dispensers, well packed, by post within 14 days to: Cleanline Industries B.V., Argon 20a, 4751 XC Oud Gastel, Netherlands.

Return costs

The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.

If a product is defective, arrived damaged or was delivered incorrectly, we pay the return shipping and send a free replacement or refund the full amount. Please report this within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving the return, using the payment method you paid with. If you return the entire order, we also refund the original standard shipping costs.

Shipping and delivery time

Shipping within the Netherlands costs from € 9.95. In the Netherlands and Belgium it is free from 5 boxes (30 dispensers). For the rest of the European Union the carrier charges per country; the exact amount is shown in the order block before you pay.

Ordered before 15:00 (CET), shipped the same working day. Within the Netherlands it usually arrives in 1 to 3 working days, in the rest of Europe in 3 to 5 working days.
